Our company is in the business of owning, holding, and developing properties throughout the country of Belize.

For our clients, we contract to undertake, construct, acquire, and carry out work of all kind, relating to any business of the company, or clients, and to enter into such contracts, and make arrangements as may be necessary to carry out the same

For our clients we will construct buildings, such as resorts, residential houses, commercial or industrial, on any lands, or property. To demo rebuild, enlarge, alter, and improve existing structures, or works thereon, to excavate, develop, convert, and appropriate any such land into, and for roads, streets, squares, gardens, and pleasure grounds, and other conveniences.

To import, and export building material, supplies, and machinery of every description, including, but not limited to septic systems, roofing, tiles, windows, doors, kitchens, bathroom supplies.

To design develop, build, improve, own, or operate all manner of inns, hotels, apartments, offices, homes, and other types premises equipped with facilities, including, but not limited to restaurants, bars, gift shops, dive shops, casinos, docks marinas, swimming pools, gymnasia, saunas, golf course, or tennis court.\

To buy, and sell, import, produce, manufacture, or otherwise deal in food, and food products, meat, groceries, confectionary, wine, spirits, beer, and alcoholic beverages, tobacco, druggist supplies, beverages, linen, furniture, and furnishings, and other articles required in said business
